Strategy
It’s important for us to understand if you and your company have some of these core strategies in place: Planning, Organization, Systems, and Growth. If not, we'll work on developing and improving these as part of the Founder Coaching process.
Leverage
In the Founder Coaching Program, we focus on four types of business leverage: People, Systems, Technology, and Brand. The proper use of leverage will help you 2X your company in a relatively short period of time.
Execution
